Spring Training

Here is a brief description of all the training programs we will offer this spring.

SPRING TRAINING OPTIONS

 

Return To Play:

In these sessions, athletes will be doing 30 minutes of hitting, 30 minutes of speed and agility, and 30 minutes of pitching with Ryan Sutterer, Nick Caldeen, and Bradley Spencer. The program will consist of 8 hour and a half sessions. These sessions are for athletes ages 10 and up and will take place during these 8 dates: 3/26, 3/28, 4/2, 4/4, 4/9, 4/16, 4/18, 4/23. Space is limited to 36 players so please register promptly as it is first come first serve!

Cost: $399

 

Hitting Sessions (Classes):

This program is designed to give athletes a very flexible way to get hitting repetitions at their convenience. They are 30 minute sessions with a coach to give tee work, front toss, and BP and or machine work. The cost per session is $25 and these run year round. These are non instructed. 

Single Session Cost: $25

10 Pack Cost: $200

20 Pack Cost $400

 

Individual Lessons:

In our individual lessons, our experienced coaches tailor their instruction to address your specific needs and goals. These one-on-one sessions allow for a deeper level of analysis and feedback, helping you refine your techniques and enhance your overall performance.
