BATBA Strength and Conditioning

Icemen Strength and Conditioning BATBA 10 week program

Overview:

This program was created to help give athletes another resource for improving their game. The goal is to educate and equip athletes with the tools to be successful in building their overall health and wellness with an emphasis on athletic strength and conditioning training. The program will start November 30th and will go for 10 weeks. The program will be run by  Nick Caldeen who graduated from Blaine High School and went on to play college baseball at Bethany Lutheran College. He obtained a degree in Exercise science and also has his Personal Training Certificate.

Includes:

  • Pre and Post body assessment

    • ROM (Range Of Motion)

    • Weight

    • Body Fat

    • Health questionnaire

    • Goal recognition

  • Strength and Conditioning Programming

    • 10 week program

  • *Added Charge: Personalized Diet/Nutrition Programming

    • Week by week macro adjustments

Options/Price:

30 sessions (3 Days/Week)Tues,Thursday, Saturday-

$600 Strength/Conditioning Program

 $150 Optional Diet Programming  OR  $750 For Both

*Note: program will be split up into 2 day lifting 1 day endurance training

40 sessions (4 Days/Week) Tuesday, Thursday,Saturday, Sunday-

$750 Strength/Conditioning Program

      +

 $150 Optional Diet Programming  OR  $900 For Both

*Note: program will be split up into 4 lifting days, meaning more focus on specific muscle groups and more in depth training principles

  • All players that sign up from BATBA will get a 10% off discount

  • If an athlete brings a friend we will ADD another 5% off for every friend that attends the program.
