Return to Play Program
Designed to get players ages 8-14 to get back into top form, this program includes two sessions per week, each lasting 1.5 hours.
Session Breakdown:
30 minutes of Hitting – Focus on reps, mechanics, and approach.
30 minutes of Pitching – Work on accuracy, velocity, and pitching fundamentals.
30 minutes of Infield– Improve glove work, footwork, and defensive skills.
This is the perfect opportunity for players to sharpen their skills and build confidence heading into the season with a great mix of training and
repetition in the biggest areas!
