Spring Training

Spring Training Program:

This program is designed to be an all in one training platform for our athletes getting ready for spring and summer seasons! Whether you are just starting to prepare or have been working with us all winter, this program will cover all the bases. We will have 3 30 minute rotations consisting of hitting, throwing/pitching, and agility/fielding. The program will be led by Ryan Sutterer, Bradley Spencer, and Nick Caldeen. The cost is $400 for 12 total hours of training. You will have the option to sign up for 5:00-6:30 or 6:30-8:00 on both Mondays and Wednesdays (twice a week). It will run from 4/3-4/26. Please sign up ASAP as there are limited spots available, but please feel free to invite your non icemen friends and teammates!

Pitching Groups:

This program is designed to be focused solely on pitching. It is great for guys who have done the throwing program to continue with Brad, but also great for anyone else as well just getting going. Brad will be focusing on cleaning up mechanics on the mound, as well as learning different pitch types and executing. We will offer a 2 day per week option as well as a 1 day per week option, with sessions on both Thursdays and Saturdays (Thursday roughly 4-8pm and Saturdays 10-2pm). The cost for 2 days per week is $300 and 1 day per week is $150.

Hitting Classes:

Hitting classes will continue to run throughout April Monday-Friday as they have all winter. These are led by Drew Stoehr and they focus on getting kids reps for 30 minute sessions. There is minimal instruction in these groups, however they are very valuable as kids can get tons of reps for very cheap. You can buy these individually or in our 10, 20, or 30 packs. The sessions will expire after April.
